Karan brings 17+ years of experience leading product and technology initiatives across Ford, Amazon, and in Consulting (Deloitte, Huron), successfully launching products that millions of people now use (and love!) daily. His experience spans from building things from scratch (the exciting 0-to-1 phase) to managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, leading incredible teams to deliver tangible business results. Currently serving as a Product Director spearheading Ford Credit's European digital revolution - a massive undertaking involving migration from outdated on-premises systems to modern cloud infrastructure, implementing new banking platforms, and building AI-driven customer service solutions. He works with an amazing team of 25 product managers and analysts across five countries to reshape how Ford Credit operates digitally. Karan is passionate about simplifying the complex, developing people and building high-performing and inclusive teams, and applying tech solutions such as ML, generative AI, and agentic AI workflows to solve previously impossible problems. He thrives in ambiguity - bringing clarity, direction, and momentum when teams need it most.
