Product-Led Shark Tank: Selling the idea internally
A great product idea doesn’t matter if you can’t get it shipped. In this interactive session, a product leader pitches a new feature or initiative, but the real challenge isn’t the idea itself. It’s convincing the people who control budget, prioritization, and go-to-market. Our “Sharks” represent key stakeholders, CFO, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth, each challenging the pitch from their own perspective. What will drive revenue? What makes this sellable? What reduces risk or support burden? Together, we’ll test not just the strength of the idea, but the ability to align teams, navigate objections, and build a case that actually gets approved.
